Self-Help Resources

Here you will find some online resources. There are a variety of sites and suggestions, but please note we are not endorsing any of the following as they are not maintained by Frostburg State University or the Student Counseling Center. There may be a fee for some apps and/or downloadable content.

Please remember, that no website can take the place of a counselor to help you work through your concerns. Don't hesitate to reach out to us anytime during business hours, at 301-687-4234.
